Sign Maker and Installer

You will work within a team who shares your passion for sign creativity, including sign design, sign manufacture, project management, installation, and inspiration
As the Sign Maker and Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of all types of signs, graphics, vehicle wraps, wall, and glass graphics. You will also work within print and production area, operating various graphic and signage machinery. The setup is an Aladdin’s cave for someone of your passion!
As the Sign Maker and Installer, you will work on sites mainly located within the south of the UK and will report directly to the Company Director.

• Application of vinyl onto various substrates including vehicles, walls, and window graphics.
• Fit various signs and graphics including trays, post and panel, acrylic signs, banners, large format print, and vehicle graphics.
• Load and transport all signage, tools, hardware, and materials to the site safely.
• Prepare the site for the installation by removing old signage, preparing the surface or structure for new signage.
• Carry out the installation of new signage using various power tools and access equipment including ladders and scaffold towers.
• Interpret client briefs correctly with a strong understanding of signage and manufacturing techniques.
• Conduct site surveys for signage work on client sites.
• Ensure company Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
Sign Maker & Installer Experience required
• Able to demonstrate experience within a similar role.
• Knowledge and experience of Large Format Signage and Display Installation.
• Proficient in the application of vinyl onto a variety of substrates
• Full UK driving licence. (6 points or less)

We are seeking a Landscape Gardener who is passionate about creating functional, beautiful, and relaxing outdoor spaces.
You will be to be responsible for the creation, enhancement, and management of outdoor spaces. The role will involve maintenance and enhancement of soft and hard landscaping in residential properties within Hampshire and Berkshire, based out of the premises in Reading, Berkshire.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Organise, plan and manage landscaping projects for clients.
Work off design concept specifications to correctly plan and manage the execution of projects.
Ensure correct tools and equipment are arranged and delivered to the site before the project start date.
Work with a team of 2-3 people to coordinate the landscaping work.
Conduct all aspects of hard landscaping including driveways and patios.
Carry out groundworks, including digging out subbases and drainage.
Ensure the client is aware of the project timescales and the impact to them of the work being undertaken during the project lifecycle.
Take ownership of each project and provide professional open communication with the client.
Deliver projects in line with the budget to pre‐defined time scales.
Conduct inspections of hard landscaping work installed.
Responsible for the safe and efficient installation of all projects.
Develop excellent customer relationships to consistently improve the service and contribute to their understanding of the works being conducted.
Approve the work before handover to the client, measured against the project design specification.
Complete all required paperwork including timesheets, work orders, change orders and material requisitions.
