How Do You Work? 

My job is to take all that stress and hassle away from you. That means I come in right at the beginning of the recruitment process and help with refining your brief, creating job descriptions, advertising your vacancies, sourcing your candidates, and even do pre-interviews for you. I can even help with the induction process, to give your new employee the very best chance at success. And the investment from you? A £500 retainer to secure my services and on successful placement a flat fee of 15% of the role’s salary. So you always know what you’re paying, with no nasty surprises! 
 

What Happens After I Contact You? 

Once you’ve decided to work with me, we’ll have a chit-chat over coffee to get to know you, your business and your ideal candidate. From there I can take over almost every stage of sourcing candidates (including pre-screening), so all you have to do is sit back and relax. A selection of ideal candidates will be winging its way to you before you know it. 
 

How Do You Find Candidates? 

I use a wide network of contacts and a pool of my career coaching jobseekers alongside a range of recruitment tools and communities to source the perfect candidate for you. With over 15 years in the recruitment industry I have access to some of the lesser-known candidate pools, including many with candidates who aren’t registered anywhere else. 
 

How Long Will It Take To Find Someone For My Role? 

Once we’ve agreed a brief, you could be interviewing in less than a fortnight, depending on your diary availability! 
 

Who Do You Recruit For? 

Pretty much anyone! If you don’t have the ability to recruit for roles in-house, then I can help you. I particularly love working with start-ups and SMEs in any industry, helping them build up their business and rise to success! 
 

Will You Send Me CVs Without Speaking To Me? 

Absolutely not! After all, if I haven’t spoke to you yet, then you aren’t my client! Instead, we will have an in-depth meeting to talk about your vacancy, your business and the kind of person you need, so that I can go away and source the right candidate for you. I’ll also do all of the pre-selection work, so you aren’t just presented with a pile of CVs – you’re given a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates who fit the bill!

I take a very people-focused approach to recruitment, which means I dedicate every minute to finding the right candidate for your business.
